Professional Services Manager

We’re looking for a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to foster meaningful relationships with Kickboard school leaders, helping them build the necessary systems, data practices, and mindsets critical in building a positive culture that ensures student learning and social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities of a PSM:

  • Facilitating sessions from our Professional Services Catalog including those requiring a strong proficiency with the Kickboard software
  • Serve as relationship and project manager for large, district-level coaching implementations
  • Mentor per-diem coaches and organize for their success
  • Provide logistics support related to PD implementations
  • Develop new content for the Professional Services catalog
  • Provide content-area expertise and create written assets about school culture
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support team members to ensure customer success
  • Additional projects as assigned

  • An appreciation and empathy for the work that educators do every day, and a passion to help schools support the success of all students
  • The ability to build positive rapport and credibility with school and district leaders virtually and in-person
  • The confidence to engage school leaders in the difficult conversations about what it takes to improve their school
  • Strong project management skills to keep multiple customers and projects organized and stay on top of scheduling, communicating, and completing to-dos
  • The ability to accept both positive and corrective feedback, and implement changes to improve accordingly
  • Graduate degree in Education
  • Experience as a K-12 campus or district leader preferred
  • Availability to travel up to 50%
